Hope you guys are well….
Had some problems with the blog but I’m back…
Just thought to update you on couple of things…
* Services on Sunday went really well. Good presence of God, many visitors, it was good to see everyone!
* LIFT message series which is all about faith is going well and I can see a SPIRIT OF FAITH among us.
* Listen to this about faith that I heard:” Every one lives by faith. the only question is where u place it!”
* God wants to do incredible things in your life today, listen and obey Him today and you will see great things.
* Jr. Youth had a great time past week camping and Youth are about to go this week, let us pray for them!
* Rob and Corine have done an amazing job with the Jr. Youth for the past 9 years and we are very grateful to them. From September on, Matt and Candace will continue and give leadership to Jr. Youth. WELCOME!
* Glad to have John and Mary Noseworthy back from Holidays, let us keep prayer for the others who are still enjoying some time away.
* Pr. Les and Family as well as Pr. Valdir and family are away on holidays, WEMISS YOU!
* Ladies, DON’T FORGET to sign up for the Woman’s day in September with Tracy Stewart, DO IT TODAY!
* Have a great week! Remember: WE LIVE BY FAITH AND NOT BY SIGHT!

What a blessing this past weekend at OCC was…
- Saturday cleanup day was so good. So much fun as we got together for spring cleanup. Great work, fellowship and fun.
Thanks to everyone who came.
- Both services this morning were very well attended. I don’t have the numbers yet but both of them were full.
- People are bringing people to church. So many visitors yesterday! Amazing…let us keep on inviting others.
- SATURATE night last night was awesome! Powerful presence, powerful prayer and powerful worship.
- Faith message #2 went really well.
- Altars were completely full and we will see God doing wonders as we exercise our faith.
- Remember: We can’t confuse MENTAL AGREEMENT with FAITH!
- Natural faith and supernatural faith are so close that is hard to distinguish between them.
- Natural faith (head faith) believes what the mind can understand.
- Supernatural faith (heart faith) believes what God says in His word and acts upon it although through reasoning it may not make sense.
- Heb. 11:1 starts with “Now faith is”… so if it’s not “now” then it’s not faith! Faith is present! Faith is now!
- Hope is good, but hope places things into the future. Faith brings to “now” what I hope for!
- Faith defined: “Faith is grasping the unrealities of hope and bringing them into the realm of reality.”
- Faith #3 is next week. Don’t miss it and bring somebody with you.
That’s it for now…
Blessings,
P Frank
Annual meeting weekend was so good at OCC yesterday…
- Worship was short but a refreshing time with God.
- Thought that the attendance was a little bit low yet we had a good number of people showing up
- Great feedback from our people about the annual meeting. I was a little apprehensive about taking a Sunday morning to do the meeting, but what I heard regarding this was very encouraging.
- Mike did an awesome job with the video “Year in Review”. It was great to see at a glance most of the main events of 2009. Tks Mike!
- 32% tithers statistically at OCC may have been shocking news to us. I think it was a reality check when I said that “OCC is a sick body”.
- 68% walking in disobedience is alarming, nevertheless, we will honour God by making this a priority this year.
- The challenge for this year: Reach UP, Reach OUT and Reach IN. If we will make a difference in our region, this godly balance must be our focus.
- Many people signed up to be covenant partners. That was awesome!
- Great day over all and now I am excited about the FAITH message series!
Have a great week!

Hello there,
I want to apologize because since the trip to Cambodia I haven’t been able to get back to the weekly blog, but believe me, these past few weeks God has done incredible things…
- The week we came back we had a special service where we focused on the trip. We had a “report” video and some testimonies of what God did in Cambodia. You can watch the service and see for yourself at www.occonline.ca then go to messages and select the one from the trip.
- Easter weekend was a blast. We have never done a service on Good Friday. We always joined other churches for that day, but this year we decided to have a service here on Friday night focusing on reaching people. It was awesome.
- The drama presentation was awesome. See it on the “Get a Grip” You Tube channel.
- Attendance was amazing. The church was literally packed.
- And most important… Many made a decision for Christ that night!
- Both Sunday services on the Easter weekend were awesome. Worship was great, both of them were well attended and a church commitment to live for God with Passion, Purpose and taste God’s Power as a result.
- Yesterday….Great day again. His presence was definitely here. Both services we prayed for the sick and believed with many to receive healing!
- Great excitement in worship and a great spirit of joy in the house. Jeremiah 17:7-8 gives us the “how” to be “ALIVE” and it says that we are like trees planted by the river. This speaks of a tree:
- Being close to the water source, meaning we are to have a constant life in the word, prayer and fellowship.
- It actively reaches for the water source.
- It does not fear heat.
- Its leaves are evergreen, never fearing drought.
- It always bears fruit.
Next week we will continue this message series. Don’t miss it and bring someone to God’s house.
Blessings,
PF
Hello there,
- We are back to the city and just arrived to the hotel from the church.
- The encounter went amazing, God did great work in many people’s lives at the encounter. Our team did awesome! I am so proud of them.
- Even with Judy having appendicitis and getting Nick and Judy to Thailand for an operation and then all the rearranging we had to do in order to put on the encounter, all went very well in Cambodia. Thank God, Judy and Nick are well in Thailand.
- The Encounter come back was awesome! Several people were saved with a lot of joy.
- Tomorrow we rest. I am travelling several hours out of town to minister to about 100 leaders and their wives. They pick me up 5am. Supposed to be there by 10am. Don’t know when we will be back but have a service at night as well.
- The team is going to do some outreach in some schools and other places.
- Heard from Judy and Nick and all is well, hopefully they will be back here in Cambodia Tuesday evening.
- Please continue to pray for us!
We miss you all,
pf
